Shipping

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 2 business days from purchase confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 1–2 business days

  • Europe: 1–3 business days (main destinations), up to 4 days for remote areas

  • United States and Canada: 4–8 business days

  • Latin America: 4–8 business days

  • Asia and Middle East: 4–8 business days

  • Australia and Oceania: 4–8 business days (main destinations), up to 5 days for remote areas

  • Africa: 4–8 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code to follow your order at the time of shipment.

For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of order delivery.

To start the process, simply contact our Customer Service with your order number. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions to complete the return.

Items must be returned:

  • intact, unworn, and unwashed;

  • with tags and original packaging;

  • in the same condition as when received.

Unless otherwise indicated, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days.
